Compare Microsoft 365, Proton Business, Nextcloud + Collabora, Fastmail + CryptPad, etc. on E2EE, jurisdiction, and cost.

Pilot migration
Trial with one non-critical team for two weeks. Validate CalDAV/CardDAV, co-editing, and mobile apps.

Production cutover
Switch MX records (shorten TTL beforehand). Run parallel for one month. Migrate Drive via Takeout + migration tools.
